Vamp Host Refund Policy

If you don't absolutely love our Blazing Fast Servers, Triple Play Server Package and our 24 / 7 Tech Support with Live Phone Support within 30 days of joining, you'll be given a full refund on your hosting fee.

Of course, any setup fees or additional customer owned services purchased (i.e.: SSL certificate, Domains- which will be turned over to you) are considered separate items. Refunds will be issued to the PayPal or alternative payment method provided at the time of signup.

If your account has been cancelled by Vamp Host due to abuse of our services and/or a violation of our terms of service, the money back guarantee will no longer apply.

Cancellation requests must be made by support desk ticket including your Vamp Host Customer Account ID # or Domain and your PayPal email address if you used PayPal as your payment method.

Yearly Refunds
Yearly billing can be cancelled at any time prior to the next re-bill date. Refunds will be offered within the first 30 days after joining. You will not be refunded if you cancel your yearly contract early.

Uptime Refund
If we have less then 99.9% uptime you will receive a refund. For every .5% of downtime we have for that month you will receive a 20% refund for that month. Anything more then 2.5% downtime means that you will receive a 100% refund.
